For companies who do not have their own modular display we are able to offer ready built high quality booths -see booth costs for more information on these. Additional requirements such as refreshments, hostess services, furniture, audio visual equipment and stand security etc may be sourced directly from MIL Milano. The exhibitor manual will appear online early in 2009.

If you have decided to exhibit at the show you should contact us as soon as possible to secure your desired position within the hall. With stands being booked on a weekly basis the plan shown may not be up to date - send us an email with your preferred stand size and we will send you the latest floor plan with stand suggestions and prices. Stands near the entrance, VIP area and conference are likely to be the most popular locations in the hall.
