Costs for floor space only are as follows;
The Easy Option Ready built booths are available for companies who do not have their own modular stands - sample image available. The shell schemes or ready built stands take away the hassle of organising your basic display. When you arrive to set up you will find your booth already has walls and carpet (choice of colours), 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 coat rack, 1 ashtray, 1 waste basket, 1 cupboard; 3 spot lights, 1 socket, fascia board and company name. The cost of this basic stand is 85 euros per mē and these stands should be booked along with floor space. Additional items can be rented through the online manual which will go live early in 2009 - Fiera Milano has excellent on site contractors and will be able to provide anything an exhibitor requires. No Hidden Costs In order to limit the number of extra on-site costs that appear at many events every exhibitor at The Automotive Designers Show will be charged an administration fee of 450 euros at the time of booking. This fee will cover your exhibitor insurance (Fiera Milano requires every exhibitor to have this), a website listing (hyperlinked to your own site) during the lead up to the show, a 100 word entry in the on-site show guide, cleaning of your stand carpet each day and also your booths electricity costs. Exhibitors will be given an unlimited number of standard entry passes and some VIP passes to send to their customers before the event. Discounts available Many design companies will best be able to show their skills and services by displaying a vehicle so a discount is available to any company that has one or more vehicles on their stand. Universities and non commercial research establishments are also entitled to a discount and a special deal will also be available for freelance designers wishing to have their work on display at the event. Base Stands Many companies that intend to visit the show may wish to consider a base stand. If you're already spending money on travel and accommodation then you may as well do some business whilst you are there - having a small stand at the show will at least allow you to interact with the other visitors. A base stand is smaller (usually 9mē) than those shown on the floor plan and at a special rate of just 3600 euros provides a cost effective way to exhibit. It only needs 1 or 2 people to staff it and comes complete with walls, seating, shelving, carpets, lighting and signage etc so you can literally turn up with some display items and your stand is complete. Please note that the location of all base stands within the exhibition hall will be decided by the organisers. Payment Details. Once a stand position is confirmed you will be invoiced for 50% of the cost however the remaining 50% is not due until February 2009.
