Open Design Forum - 25,000 euros*

This headline sponsorship packages are for companies that want the highest possible visibility at the show. The Open Design Forum will be ''in association with'' the sponsors. The conference screen, podium and all programmes and promotional material will feature the sponsors' names/logos. The logos will also appear on the website and all information sent to people requesting details on the free to attend conference. The sponsors can provide company brochures which will be placed on all seats in the conference area at the start of both the morning and afternoon sessions. In addition sponsors brochures will be placed in magazine racks placed around the conference area. Finally the sponsors will be able to present the opening paper (subject to content approval) in two of the conferences six sessions. This package is only available to one company.

Internet Stand - 10,000 euros*

Sponsors logo to appear throughout the free internet stand within the hall. All home pages on the computers will be set to the sponsors' home page and the sponsor may have promotional brochures available with the internet stand area. The sponsors logo will appear on all promotional items for show and on website.

Onsite Design Recruitment Partner - 15,000 euros*

With so many automotive design professionals attending the show it makes sense to have a recruitment element at this event. Whilst there will be no restriction on recruitment companies exhibiting at the show the organiser will appoint one company to run the official on site recruitment centre. Freelance and student design visitors will be encouraged to visit the recruitment centre and register their details and provide a link to their portfolio etc. This information will then be made available to all companies that visited or exhibited at the event. Badge Sponsor - 8,000 euros*

Sponsors logo to be printed on all badges issued to visitors, exhibitors and speakers.

Carrier Bag Sponsor - 7,500 euros*

Hostesses at the entrance to the show will offer all visitors entering the event carrier bags in which to place brochures etc they may collect. The sponsors' logo will be printed on one side of the bag, the event logo on the other.

Buffet On Your Booth - 12,500 euros*

Announced on the website, in the hall and on posters throughout the hall why not have a food and drink buffet served on and around your booth. Serving stations will be set up in the area around your booth with staff provided to serve light snacks/canapé and beer and wine. Ideally this would take place as either a lunch or breakfast buffet and always guarantees plenty of visitors.

Registration Page Responder - 7,500 euros*

Anyone using the information/registration request form on the site will automatically get a responder message telling them their form has been received. The sponsors' logo with hyperlink will appear on this page. This is probably one of the best sponsorship options as the form will probably be used at some point by everyone visiting, exhibiting or speaking at the show - very high visibility for the sponsors' logo. Up to three sponsors may appear on this page.

Website Sponsor - 1,500 euros*

The sponsors' company logo will appear on several pages within the website with a hyperlink to their own site. The advert will run until May 2009 giving maximum exposure to vehicle designers that visit the site.

Leaflet Distribution - 3,500 euros*

Attract people to your stand by having leaflets given to all people at the entrance to the show every day. This is a great way to let people know where you are in the hall and what's to see at your booth. Limited to two companies.
